Fabrication
DMC Service Group is a capable and qualified fabricator of a wide variety of weldments and assemblies. 

Equipped with a fleet of over 20 Miller heavy-industrial welding machines, 3 Hypermax plasma torches,  5 Oxy-Acetylene cutting rigs, 4 overhead gantry cranes, and a core group of skilled fabricators, there's not much we can't handle when it comes to welding and cutting!

In an effort to bring value-added services to our customers, we've added our first robotic welding cell as of April '09!  This OTC robot has an impeccable reach of over 75" and puts down near-perfect welds as fast as the loading of the fixtures (and sometimes faster)!

Processing
Our equipment is for-hire!  Next time you find your equipment is backing up and need JIT turnaround for your material processing, just give us a call!  Our equipment includes:
